NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The training course “Pricing and Making Estimates in the RA Construction Sector” organized by NUACA Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support and Grants Department has been finished, which was also attended by the experts of the Department of Construction and Technical Expertise of the “Expertise Center of the Republic of Armenia” SNPO Arman Arsenyan, Samvel Afyan and Arsen Vasilyan-Sahakyan.

At the end of the training, the participants acquired comprehensive knowledge about the theoretical bases of pricing and standard cost estimate in the construction industry, learned the main methods of determining the value of construction products, got acquainted with the principle scheme of determining the estimate value of construction products, forms, basic legal acts and normative documents, as well as the rules for determining the volume of construction-installation works. The participants of the course gained the skills of applying the RA estimate normative base, determining the unit values of individual works, as well as developing local, objective and summary estimates, which will help to improve professional skills and abilities in the future. 

Due to the interactive nature of the course, the expert-participants had the opportunity to discuss numerous practical issues with Rita Avagimyan – a leading specialist in the field.

Upon completion, all the participants were awarded with the graduation certificates by the University.
