The given order regulates the relations regarding the continuation of education of the graduates (hereinafter referred to as applicant) with high academic performance (only those with “Good” and/or “Excellent” grades) of the educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia implementing secondary vocational academic programmes (hereinafter referred to as VEI) in the relevant specialty in the higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as HEI).
The applicant submits the application for transfer to the HEI to the head of the VEI at least 10 days before the state final examination period.
The applicant or the VEI submits the documents to the relevant HEI by August 30 of the given year.
1) Application addressed to the Rector;
2) A copy of the graduation document – diploma and its insert;
3) A copy of the minutes;
4) Four photos (3×4 size);
5) A copy of an identity document (passport or ID card or birth certificate for an applicant under the age of 16, or a military ID card, or a temporary identity document issued by the police departments of the Republic of Armenia under the Government of the Republic of Armenia, residence certificate, or refugee certificate);
6) A copy of a military ID card or the conscription registration certificate (the document is accepted from an applicant of draft age, if there is a note on the right of deferral or a reason for non-draft, and from those who were previously deferred for health reasons, a note of the Republican Conscription Commission);
7) Relevant documents regarding the use of the privilege established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (if available).
15.In order to discuss the applications, an admission committee is established by the order of the Rector of the higher education institution.
1) Graduation document of excellence (diploma with honours);
2) Sum of the highest points in the insert of the graduation document (diploma);
3) The highest scores as a result of the state final examination.
