Brief information on the decisions regarding the agenda issues:

1. In the conditions of the pandemic, the educational process at the University will be organized in a hybrid format from September 1, 2020. For the current semester, the Chairs must have the revised electronic versions of the courses to organize the online classes. The responsibility of each person (student or employee) and the unconditional compliance with the established procedure for organizing the educational process at the University was highlighted.
2. On the occasion of their anniversaries the following employees were awarded: Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honorary Worker of Science and Technology A.M. Barkhudaryan was given a monetary award in the amount of two months’ salary for his long-term scientific-pedagogical activity, conscientious and effective administrative activity, as well as on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Head of the Chair of Design, Professor, Chairman of the Union of Designers of Armenia A.M. Baghdasaryan was awarded the Gold Medal of the University for his contribution to the field of decorative-applied arts, upbringing of the creative generation, his contribution to the graduation of design specialists, as well as on the occasion of his 75th birthday.

1. The scale of the increased remuneration from September 1, 2019 of the university teaching staff has been approved.

1. The «Functions of Students in Educational Processes of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia Foundation” has been approved with amendments, additions and new edits.
2.  The revised curricula for the fields of “Economics”, “Accounting and Taxation” were approved.
3.  It was decided to implement revised curricula for the fields of “Economics” and “Accounting and Taxation” from September 1, 2019.
4. The cases of the candidates for the academic degree of the Professor were discussed. A secret ballot was held. By the results of secret, closed voting. The scientific degree of Professor was awarded to  Sargis Stepanyan – specialty ‘Economics’ Y.00.00. The personal cases of the candidates for the vacancies of the heads of the university chairs were discussed. A secret ballot was held. By the results of secret, closed voting.The following candidates were elected heads of the chairs Artavazd Arzumanyan – Chair of production technology of construction materials, items and structures,  Anna Karamyan – Chair of ventilation, gas and heat supply, Manvel Poghosyan –  Chair of drawing, computer graphics, Suren Tovmasyan – Chair of Engineering Geodesy, Artashes Melikyan –  Chair of Interior and Exterior Design.

1. On approval of the syllabus of the 2019-2020 academic year for all academic programs of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

1. The syllabus of the 2019-2020 academic year for all academic programs of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia was approved.
2. The curricula included in the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in the fields of ‘‘Economics’’, ‘‘Accounting and Taxation’’ was approved.
3. The norms of “Determining the amount of remuneration for administrative functions of the Head of Chairs” were approved.
4.  It was decided to revise the “salary scale of the University teaching staff” effective from September 1, 2018, so a new salary increase will be made within the university financial capacity from September 1, 2019.
5. Qualification cases of professors and associate professors were discussed. A secret ballot was held. By the results of secret, closed voting. The scientific degree of Professor was awarded to  Emma Harutyunyan – specialty ‘‘Architecture’’ JY.00.01, Karo Vardanyan – specialty ‘‘ Fine Arts’’  JY.00.03. The scientific degree of Associate Professor was awarded to Vahan Nranyan – specialty ‘‘Construction’’ E.23.03, Tatevik Ashchyan – specialty ‘‘Literary criticism’’ J.01.00.

 Brief informationon agenda issues:

1. Due to change of legal status of university (YSUAC SNCO became NUACA Foundation), as well as based on the necessity to include the decisions of RA Ministry of Education and Science on organization of educational process the laws and regulations for internal life of university are being edited. The following were approved in this session with new edition: the internal discipline rules for the employees of “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation, the procedure on documentation of “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation and the regulation of quality assurance center of professional education of “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation; the procedure of secondary professional education college of “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundationwas recommended to be approved in Board of Trustees, the procedure of “The best student of the year”annual awardof “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation was adopted on first reading and submitted for discussion offaculties and chairs of the university.
2. The examination period results for the 2nd semester of 2015-2016 academic year of the university were submitted.
3. Th eworking curriculums for specialties of 2015-2016 academic year of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia were approved.
4. 6 lecturers were awarded scientific degrees of Associate Professors and 4 lecturers were awarded scientific degrees of Professors by closed secret ballot and by decision of scientific council of the university.
5. The topic and scientific adviser of a candidate thesis was approved.
