NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Dear graduates,

I am attending this symbolic ceremony for you not only as a government official, but simply as an Armenian, for whom education is the highest value.

Today, the Republic of Armenia, in response to the most serious challenges it faces, must be represented to the world by its young generation, responsible and creative youth, ready to strengthen and make their Homeland prosperous, relying on the power of knowledge, and ready to become advocates of peace, solidarity and kindness both in our country and worldwide.

The development of education and science is a priority issue of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, only due to which is it possible to achieve the sustainable development of the country and the general welfare.

 In its 2021-2026 Action Plan, the Government has declared reforms in the field of higher education as a priority for the development of the state aimed at strengthening the “education-science-labour market” link, training specialists who meet the new requirements of the labour market, and contributing to the formation of capable and competitive citizens building their future in their own country.

Dear attendees,

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia also occupies an important place among Armenian universities providing higher education, which trains specialists making a great contribution to the prosperity of our country, who, I am sure, will honourably fulfill the mission bestowed upon them to build the country.

As you may know, in recent years, large-scale work has been carried out in the Republic in road and school construction, hospitals and kindergartens are being built, and they are brought to life due to professional specialists: designers, engineers and builders.

 During visits to the marzes, I personally attend construction sites, get acquainted with the builders, see their devoted work and thank them for their diligent and conscientious work.

 Remember, you bear the responsibility as a representative of the best profession, which makes history by what it creates.

Therefore, I wish you to create this history with high quality and responsibility for the sake of us and our upcoming generations.

Dear graduates,

I congratulate all of you and wish you to use your strength and knowledge for the sake of  the empowerment of our Homeland.
