Dear graduates, I congratulate you on receiving your graduation certificates. As a graduate of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, I recalled our graduation ceremony at which I was wondering whether we would be able to use the knowledge we had received for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia. It was proved through years that with the knowledge received at our University it is possible to become a competitive specialist and to serve the Republic of Armenia.

Dear graduates, I call you to never stop being educated, to deepen your professional knowledge and I am sure that with the knowledge you have received you can find your place in both the local and international labor market. It is a pleasure for me to invite you to the state government system, to strengthen the Republic of Armenia with your knowledge and be sure that the state creates all the opportunities and the appropriate environment so that you can find your place in the state government system. Congratulations again, I want you to be ambitious, not to be afraid of professional difficulties, because they can all be overcome if you have the will and desire.
