NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

On the initiative of the Student Council, a meeting with Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan was held. The meeting was attended by NUACA Chief of the Staff, Honorary President of the Student Council Hovsep Hoveyan, the managing staff of the student councils of all the faculties and committees.

At the beginning of the meeting, those present observed a minute of silence in tribute to the victims of the 44-day war, after which Rector Y. Vardanyan welcomed the members of the Student Council, “First of all, let me congratulate the newly elected President of the Student Council; I am sure that this staff will succeed, because we all have one goal – to have a quality, credible education to strengthen our Homeland. Let us be united, join forces to overcome all the challenges we face and we will surely have discernable results.”  

During the meeting the issues of concern for the students were discussed, and options were suggested to solve the priority problems in order to improve the quality of education.
Issues related to the procedure of tests, exams were also discussed, the students inquired about the upcoming programs and events at the University.  

The President of the Student Council Susanna Hakobyan extended her gratitude for the meeting on behalf of the whole staff, and assured that the Student Council would spare no effort to have its contribution to all the reforms mentioned by the Rector of NUACA.  

Many questions were asked and suggestions were made by the students, which were mostly accepted. The meeting took place in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
