NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The workshop on “Overcoming Resistance to Change and Supporting Employees Through Change” was held at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, which was organized by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure for its employees, as well as NUACA lecturers and students..

During the workshop, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Kristine Ghalechyan delivered an opening speech, attaching importance to the workshop, as, nowadays, there are certain difficulties related to the correct management of human resources, employee approaches and increasing the quality of work.

A permanent member of the International Faculty of University of Sheffield and the European Branch of University of York, UK, Professor Leslie Szamosi delivered a lecture.

Leslie Szamosi spoke about the changes, the resistance to them, the need to overcome this resistance and adapt to the changes, as well as the steps to be taken in that direction.

The speaker mentioned that in order to develop faster, it is necessary to be ready for rapid changes.

After the workshop, the guests were hosted by NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan.
