Gevorg Mshetsi-Javrushyan was born on September 11, 1958. From 1977 to 1982, he studied at Yerevan State Institute of Art and Theater. From 1979, he participated in numerous international and national exhibitions. Since 2000, he has been a member of the Artists’ Union of Armenia. He took part in group and solo exhibitions in different countries. G. Javrushyan’s works are exhibited in individual collections of 17 countries. On one occasion, the prominent artist noted that he had not set an objective to sell his works, as they represented pure art: “My words are inside me, and I am talking about time. I want you to see the past, present and future, unfold new things to yourself and discover the meaning. If I give any directions, I deprive you from your own thoughts. I can only help,” noted the artist.
Most of the artist’s works have a history of 30 years.
