NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

On December 18, 2019 the workshop was held at the NUACA within the framework of “Development of a flexible, innovative and practical framework for work-based learning in higher education of Armenia and Russia” (FLEXWBL) Erasmus+ project.

The representatives of Tver State University (RF), Perm State University (RF), Don State Technical University (Rostov-on-Don City, RF), University of Klaipeda (Lithuania), “Eniostudio” organization (RF), “Advanced Training Institute of managerial workers and specialists Federal Service for hydro meteorology and environmental monitoring” (city of Zeleznodorozhni, Moscow region, RF), Yerevan State University named after Bryusov (Yerevan, Armenia), Gavar State University (Republic of Armenia), and NUACA took part at the kick-off meeting.

During the workshop, the participants discussed the numerous of issues concerned work-based learning, including the role of the tutors and the requirements for tutors, the need for emotional intelligence in work-based learning, and the individual values that will be acquired through the Erasmus+ FLEXWBL project. The participants completed the assignment regarding the formation of new knowledge.
