NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, National Museum-Institute of Architecture named after Alexander Tamanyan of the RA Urban Development Committee and Chamber of Architects of Armenia, attaching importance to the architectural education, science, preservation and popularization of architectural heritage in the development of Armenian culture, and realizing the necessity of integration of Armenian culture and architecture aimed at addressing the modern civilizational challenges in universal culture, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
According to the Trilateral Memorandum, the parties express their readiness to jointly organize various exhibition-competitions, as well as to support each other in presenting and popularizing Armenian Art of Architecture on international platforms.
NUACA Acting Rector Manuk Barseghyan welcomed the attendees and noted: “The Memorandum is signed for the benefit of the development of Armenian Art of Architecture, but it will also have a great impact for the exchange of experience of the leading specialists in the field, University academic staff and students. The Cooperation will also enable the students to participate in various programs, as well as to participate in both Armenian and international exhibitions. Once again, I congratulate all of us. I am confident that this Cooperation will be continuous and have a positive effect on improving the professional knowledge of students.”
Zaruhi Hayrapetyan, Director of the National Museum-Institute of Architecture named after Alexander Tamanyan of the RA Urban Development Committee, and Alexander Badalyan, President of the Chamber of Architects of Armenia, also delivered congratulatory speeches. Mrs. Zaruhi Hayrapetyan and Mr. Alexander Badalyan expressed their readiness to support each other and jointly implement various programs.
