NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

RA  Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of High Technology Industry jointly have organized “Live smart, empower youth” conference dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of the Eastern Partnership, at the Matendaran – The Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts. The Student Council of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the Faculty of Urban Economy and Ecology also participated to the conference.

Among the keynote speakers at the conference was RA President Armen Sargsyan, who thanked the conference organizers for speaking about the importance of education, its proper use and encouraging young people to live smart.

“Many people think, that we have a lot more potential than we actually use, that’s just the startup description. Armenia is a startup and its opportunities are many. I am confident that we will succeed’’ the President noted.

The event brought together high-level officials from Armenia, the European Union, EU member states and Eastern Partnership countries on education, youth and innovation, heads and staff of relevant diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Armenia, and about three dozen European Young Ambassadors.
