On April 28, 2021, an Agreement of Cooperation was signed remotely between the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction on cooperation in the fields of science and education. The Agreement was signed by NUACA Rector, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Y. Vardanyan and PGUAS Rector, Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor S. A. Boldyrev.
Within the framework of the cooperation, joint scientific-educational-research programs will be implemented in the fields of architecture, construction, economics, design, IT technologies, as well as exchanges of academic and scientific staff of the Universities, joint scientific-practical seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and construction summer camps for students will be organized. In his speech, Rector Y. Vardanyan also attached importance to the joint implementation of academic programs, as well as supervision of diploma papers.
To make the cooperation more effective, it was suggested carrying out mutual visits of the University delegations.
