NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA
University with a 100-Year History
Ones upon a time there was a little boy named Adam. This little boy was constantly asking his mother about the hero Adam Sahakyan, whom they talk about constantly. The mother promises to take him to the Adam Sahakyan’s house … And, after entering the house, after seeing Adam Sahakyan’s photo, the boy’s first reaction was “Hello, Adam!”.
From this imaginary episode, Samvel Bisharyan’s book “Hello, Adam” is born. It is the pre-war life of the hero of the April war, Adam Sahakyan, in the series of stories reflecting the artistic solutions and the bitter but proud reality, and then the words of gratitude to him as a hero.
The author states that after the four-day war, Adam’s smile was shrouded in his consciousness. The subsequent poems devoted to Adam did not convey the gratitude and pride that existed. One should have created a creation that would pass on generations to heroic deeds and patriotism.
Tamara Sargsyan, deputy director of the Department of Design at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, who was present at the book presentation, remembered her smart and gifted student with great love and gratitude personally thanking Adam’s parents.
The book is the English-language for the development of English-language knowledge amongst middle-aged schoolchildren and to attract more readers.
