NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia has been cooperating with “Autodesk” company – the world-leading software manufacturer in the fields of architecture, construction, design and other related fields since 2021. NUACA is the Authorized Academic Partner of “Autodesk” company (AAP), thus becoming a member of Autodesk community of academic partners.

The lecturers teaching “Autodesk Revit” and “AutoCad” software at NUACA have been certified and recognized as highly qualified specialists by “Autodesk” company. 

At the initial stage, 7 lecturers from the Chair of Technology and Organization of Construction Production, Chair of Building Structures and Chair of Drawing and Computer Graphics took part in the certification exams. NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan handed over the certificates awarded by “Autodesk” company.

The Rector extended his congratulations and attached importance to the involvement of young professionals, with the confidence that, in its turn, it would contribute to the introduction and modernization of information technologies in academic programmes. “Due to the cooperation with “Autodesk” company, the process of introducing “Approaches to Building Information Modeling (BIM)” in the University academic programmes will also be more efficiently organized,” highlighted NUACA Rector in his speech.

Students and professionals at NUACA can attend preparation courses for “Autodesk” Software Certification Exams and take certification exams, getting an internationally recognized certificate confirming their knowledge and skills.

“Revit”, “AutoCAD”, “3dsMax”, “Civil 3D” and “Maya” software packages of “Autodesk” are currently taught at NUACA.
