On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, the Student Council and the Education Quality Assurance and Development Centre organized an exhibition entitled “Our Handicrafts”.
During the event, the hand-made works of our students and lecturers were presented at the exhibition and NUACA musical band came up with a performance.
As NUACA Rector Y. Vardanyan stated: “The first impression is the feeling of gratitude towards our students, their supervisors and all the organizers, the second one is the feeling of new discoveries. At every step we meet different people, not knowing they are gifted and skillful enough to make handicrafts, to create, and to embody their beautiful thoughts and ideas. Today we made some interesting discoveries among our colleagues and students. I assure you that we will regularly hold such events, aiming at new discoveries.”
The President of the Student Council Susanna Hakobyan also thanked the gifted students, lecturers, employees of different departments, whose efforts made the exhibition a reality. “People, regardless of profession, have different preferences, create beautiful artworks. This was the first attempt of a handicraft exhibition, but not the last. I am sure we will frequently hold such events.”
Irina Vanyan, Head of the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department, thanked the University administration for the support provided for the organization of the exhibition.
The event was concluded with a draw game of interior dolls of author design.
