NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Within the framework of the “Historical Geography” course, NUACA Chair of Geoecology and Biosafety, headed by lecturer Susanna Barseghyan, together with the first year students of “Tourism” specialty (U05), organized a meeting with the host of the “Hello, Land” («Բարև, Էրգիր») program and well-known actor Samvel Topalyan. The purpose of the meeting was to get more detailed information about the Armenian historical and cultural monuments in Western Armenia, their condition and preservation, as well as to receive consultation on future visits to Western Armenia and the organization of tourism. The meeting provided the students with an opportunity to have an interesting discussion.

The lecturer welcomed all the participants of the meeting and thanked S. Topalyan for accepting the invitation. The latter also mentioned that students watch the programs thematically related to their lectures with great interest, and the discussions that take place during such meetings make the range of issues which interest the students more tangible, at the same time giving them excellent lessons of Homeland acknowledgement.
