THE WINNERS OF THE “LOOK INTO THE FUTURE” COMPETITION ARE KNOWN

During the event at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, an awarding ceremony for the winners of the “Look into the Future” contest was held. NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan handed over medals and certificates to the participants who took the second honourable place – graduate student of the Chair of Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation Lusine Yeritsyan and lecturers Naira and Siranush Egnatosyans in “Smart Things in Smart Homes. Modern Technologies in Everyday Life” nomination for the development of a new technology, i.e. an air dryer of a new structure.

            The Rector welcomed everyone and congratulated the winners: “It is extremely gratifying and commendable that our University is constantly making new achievements. You are the pride of our University, I am sure that you will always uphold the honour of the University. There can be nothing more enjoyable for me than awarding students. I congratulate all of us again and again, because it is also our victory, and I wish that our achievements will be continuous.”

Dean of the Faculty of Urban Economy and Ecology Valerik Harutyunyan also started his speech with warm wishes and congratulations; “In 2022, the Youth Eurasian Patent Universiade “Look into the Future” contest, announced by the Eurasian Patent Organization, took place with the slogan “Create! Invent! Surprise!”. The mentioned Universiade was attended by more than 120 young inventors from all eight member countries of the Eurasian Patent Convention (Armenia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan). 53 designs were submitted and all designs were considered as genuine patent applications. And in each nomination, the jury, made up of office experts, chose the winners, prize winners and diploma holders. I congratulate all of us and extend my gratitude to the authors, led by the Head of the Chair Anna Karamyan.”
