NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the Republic of Armenia H.E. Ms. Ahlam Rashid Al Salami paid a visit to National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

At the beginning of the meeting, accompanied by NUACA Rector, Vice-Rectors, RA Honorary Painter Hrant Tadevosyan, the Ambassador took a tour around the University laboratories, and then Artashes Melikyan, Dean of the Faculty of Design, presented the exhibition “Colour 2” to the guests. During the tour, the achievements and innovations of the University in the field of architecture and construction were also touched upon.

During the meeting, the ways of establishing cooperation between NUACA and the engineering universities of the UAE were discussed. Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan greeted the guests and presented the University, starting from the educational process and finishing with the scientific-productive and research areas, after which the Chargé d’Affaires of the UAE Embassy H.E. Ms. Ahlam Rashid Al Salami noted that she was very impressed with the obtained information and the level of equipment of the University. The Ambassador attached importance to the bilateral cooperation, assuring that she deems it possible to have joint work with the University in various areas.

At the end of the meeting, RA Honorary Painter Hrant Tadevosyan presented H.E. Ms. Ahlam Rashid Al Salami with a recently published collection of his works.
