NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Deputy Chairman of RA Urban Development Committee Nune Petrosyan and the Head of the Licensing Department Nshan Martirosyan were at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. The visit took place in the format of a workshop- discussion on the issue of licensing specialties by the Urban Development Committee. During the discussion, NUACA Rector presented to the Committee delegates the package of proposals, formulated by the University, which includes the specialties involved in the license of each field.

As Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Garnik Stepanyan commented on the whole licensing procedure and its essence, there are licenses that can cover several specialties at the same time, i.e. the license issued for the given field coordinates all the specialists who are connected sectorally and can operate under the same license. Such proposals and views shall be submitted to the Committee for consideration, after which they acquire the force of law or undergo certain changes. Our meeting-discussion was productive and constructive and, consequently, the result will satisfy all the beneficiaries.
