On the initiative of a lecturer of the Chair of Geoecology and Biosafety, Coordinator of the “Service” specialty Susanna Barseghyan, the 2nd students of NUACA “Tourism” specialty visited the Mother See of Holy Ejmiatsin. The purpose of the visit was to present Ejmiatsin Cathedral not only as an Armenian spiritual center, but also as part of the World Cultural Heritage, which decorates the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
Within the framework of the visit, the students had a meeting with the Director of the Museums and Archives of the Mother See of Holy Ejmiatsin Father Asoghik Abegha Karapetyan. They visited the Ruben Sevak and Khrimian museums, where the unique values of the centuries-old Armenian history, literature and art, as well as the treasures of the spiritual culture were presented.
Susanna Barseghyan noted that the visit was not accidental, as the students gain more practical knowledge by seeing our cultural values and getting to know them.
