It is obvious that in the 21st century, universities should not only undertake the mission of training qualified specialists, transferring and reproducing knowledge, but should also become the axis and driving force of a knowledge-based society.

Eighteen full-time and part-time students majoring in Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical and Hydropower Structures, Civil Engineering, Heat and Gas Supply, and Ventilation, Production of Construction Materials, Items and Structures (4 graduates), Civil Engineering, as well as Design, Construction, and Management of Water Supply and Drainage Systems held diplomas.
