The Acting Rector of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, Yeghiazar Vardanyan’s message on the occasion of Construction Workers’ Day: 

Dear Construction Workers,

Today is especially our day, a day devoted to the person who builds the history with stone use. The contribution of a construction worker is significant and priceless in the development and building of our country. The centuries-old obelisks, churches, bridges, roads, and various hard infrastructures that have remained until now witness the creativity, skilled hands, and devoted work of a construction worker which amaze not only us but many foreigners as well. Today, the joint and creative results of both construction workers and architects have become a visiting card for Armenia. 

Life is going on with the help of construction as well. Now, our students and graduates with their work preserve construction workers’ upright reputation gained throughout centuries.

Every day you build our tomorrow’s day, proving the necessity of gaining victory and creating of Armenian nation coming from the depths of centuries. Congratulating on the occasion of Construction Workers’ Day, I wish you happiness, well-being to your families as well as to build our homeland with the use of new creative ideas.
