NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Head of the Chair of Construction Mechanics of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of NAS RA Eduard Khachiyan continues to achieve new professional successes.

On the occasion of the Construction Worker’s Day, Eurasian Association for Seismology, Earthquake Engineering and Protection from Natural Disasters has awarded Mr. Khachiyan with a certificate for his services in reducing risks in seismic zones and development in the spheres of construction and urban development. Besides, E. Khachiyan was awarded with a Medal for his great contribution in the field of earthquake engineering.

On the occasion of his birthday anniversary, E. Khachiyan was awarded with a certificate by the Intergovernmental Council for Cooperation in Construction Activities of the CIS Countries, Commission of Earthquake Engineering and Reduction of Natural and Technological Effects, as well as “Regional Alliance for Analysis and Disaster Reduction (RADAR)” Autonomous Non-Profit Organization.
