MINISTRY OF TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE SUMMARIZED THE 2022 YEAR

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, with the participation of Minister Gnel Sanosyan, organized an end-of-the-year report meeting with the specialists of the field, representatives of road construction companies, international donor organizations and NUACA. The meeting was attended by NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan, the Chief of the Staff Hovsep Hoveyan, and the Head of the Chair of Roads and Bridges Hakob Gyulzadyan. At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Gnel Sanosyan delivered a welcome speech, noting that he attaches great importance to such meetings with the direct participation of the state authorized body, local and international companies, as well as the University. “It is very important to gather all specialists of the field in one place and try to sum up the year together in order to understand what achievements and gaps we had, and what benchmarks we have set for the next year or years, and together try to find ways to implement them.” The Minister presented the works carried out by the Ministry in the past year and those envisaged for the upcoming year.

During the meeting, NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan delivered a welcome speech and briefly presented the information about the already held active cooperation measures of the Ministry and the University and the new initiatives planned for 2023. At the end of the event, the Rector of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Yeghiazar Vardanyan, and the Head of the Chair of Roads and Bridges, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Hakob Gyulzadyan were awarded with certificates of appreciation by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
