NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The “Fundamentals of Project Management” course was held at NUACA in collaboration with the  program team of UNDP Office for the beneficiaries of “Platform#5: Accelerating Economic Opportunities for Women in Armenia” project of the United Nations Development Program’s .

The course aimed to develop the participants’ knowledge and skills in the fields of effective project planning, organization, and implementation. The Program combined theoretical and practical components, covering project life cycle management, risk analysis, teamwork, communication strategies, and results evaluation methods.

The Course was conducted by Associate Professor of the Chair of Economics, Law and Management, PhD in Economics Irina Vanyan,. At the end of the Course, the participants were awarded with certificates.
