NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Meanwhile, when all of us were celebrating the birthday of Armenian army and enjoying the holidays, there was a cultural and educational event at high school named after M. Abeghyan of NUACA . There were hosted Russian scientific and cultural center representative Anna Margaryan and the director of Costume design of St. Petersburg Petr Gamayunov. Guests presented to pupils the educational programs of the center and all opportunities which allow Armenian graduates to apply for Russian universities and attend a painting master class. P. Gamayunov spoke about the art of costume design and mentioned about the importance of color and composition harmony. 

The same staff was also present during graphic design and painting ‘’Creative Russia” international Olympiad of Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design held in NUACA in January 28-29. Approximately 30 students of high schools of Armenia attended the Olympiad. The main purpose of the Olympiad was to create abstract composition associated with the phrase ‘’Creative Russia”.

The results of the Olympiad will be summed up in February 5th. The prizewinners will be provided with the opportunity to get into Saint-Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design.
