The lyrics of the popular song devoted to Yerevan state: “… This is Yerevan, you are at home here” and, in general, any song or composition praising our capital is not an end in itself. Yerevan is the home for all of us, the roof of ours, a small but warm for all of us.

Today is the favorite festival of the dwellers of Yerevan – the 2799th anniversary of our capital city. This year the program “Erebuni-Yerevan 2799” has the slogan “Yerevan, City of Love”. Yerevan of love, Yerevan of Sun, your and my home Yerevan: whatever the name of the festival is, the vision is always the same – we love our city for 2799 years, every month and every day.

Our University congratulates Yerevanians warmly and with great love and participates in the events dedicated to the anniversary of Yerevan every year. Yerevan is one of those unique cities impossible to confuse with any other city. Our capital has its unique portrait, character and behavior. And it is the result of the constant work of old and new architects, builders and designers of our city.

Congratulations on your birthday,  dear Yerevan! We want you to be inhabited with warm and kind people. May you live in purity, peace and enjoy the laughter of newer and newer Yerevanian children.
