The Head of NUACA Chair of Construction Mechanics, RA NAS Academician, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor E. Y. Khachiyan has been awarded a certificate of “International Expert in the Field of Safety of Buildings and Structures” for a period of five years by the Intergovernmental Council on Cooperation in Construction Activities of CIS Member States.
