Dear teachers,

I extend my congratulations on your professional holiday, World Teachers’ Day. It is no coincidence that this holiday is international and is celebrated all over the world every year on October 5 to esteem and revere the honourable job of a teacher.

The job of a teacher is not only honourable, but it is also a patriotic and pro-national mission. Teachers are doing their job for the sake of the future and tomorrow’s generation. The important mission of a teacher is to contribute to the upbringing of a free, independent, patriotic and conscious person, instilling in them love and respect towards the Homeland, family and, of course, knowledge. They also help schoolchildren, taking their first steps in life, become a good person and a citizen for their country.

I especially want to extend my congratulations to all the teachers of NUACA High School after Manuk Abeghyan, wishing them peace, good health, well-being and optimism.
