NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Boys’ Volleyball Championship took place at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) Gymnasium within the framework of Republican Student Sports Games, NUACA team defeated the ASUE team and became the 2019 Republican Student Sports Games champion. All the prize-winner teams were awarded with diplomas, medals and cups.

Hakob Badalyan, Acting Chairman of the Physical Culture and Sport of the NUACA noted: “University sports results are improved year by year. Last year we took the 2nd place in the Student Volleyball Tournament, this year we are the 1st”.

It should be noted that the NUACA volleyball boys’ team participated to the Republican Student Volleyball Championship organized by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport.

Our team defeated the Armenian-Russian Slavonic University and Yerevan State University in the group stage and came out of semi-final. Then at the tense and spectacular play with the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport team in the semifinal, our team defeated them and reached the final stage, where we got the victory.
