Recently, the Delegation of the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering was hosted at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. The Delegation was led by Vice-Rector of the University Svetlana Golovina, including Head of Digital Transformation Service for Educational Programs Natalia Golovina, and Head of the Department of Transport Systems and Road and Bridge Construction Stanislav Evtyukov.
The main goal of the visit was to formulate and sign a roadmap within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between the two Universities, which specified the joint activities to be implemented by 2028. This document defines specific directions of cooperation in the fields of professional education, scientific-research programs, as well as student and academic exchanges.
In the roadmap, a key place has been given to scientific cooperation, including mutual participation in international conferences and the implementation of joint scientific projects.
In addition, the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is acting as a co-organizer in the international conference to be held in October, and two well-known scientists have already been included in the Scientific Council of the Conference.
The roadmap also includes cooperation within the framework of summer schools, as well as practical activities in the fields of Architecture, Construction and Design. In particular, joint initiatives are envisaged in the field of Road Construction and Digitalization of Highways.
Both sides attached importance to such cooperation, reaffirming their willingness to participate in upcoming summer schools and scientific conferences to deepen mutual experience and knowledge.
