NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ international mobility programme, an effective academic cooperation is being implemented between National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland.

Within the framework of that Cooperation, Elena Neverova-Dziopak and Marel Bogatsky, Lecturers at the Chair of Environmental Management and Protection of the Faculty of Geo-Data Science, Geodesy, and Environmental Engineering of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland, delivered lectures at NUACA. Elena Neverova-Dziopak delivered a lecture on “Management of Water Resources in a Circular Economy” and “Surface Water Protection”, and Marel Bogatsky – on “Green Roofs and Walls – Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Cities” and “Urban Building Reconstruction – Climate Neutrality.”

From NUACA, Deans of the Faculty of Management and Technology and the Faculty of Construction, Heads of the Chairs of the same Faculties, lecturers, and students participated in the lectures. The participants showed great interest, particularly in issues related to the solution of climate problems, innovative technologies in construction, as well as the application of water purification and reuse systems.

The Meeting ended with active and constructive discussions, during which the students had the opportunity to ask their questions of interest to Polish colleagues.

This Cooperation is yet another opportunity for NUACA students and academic staff, which will promote the processes of educational and scientific development, as well as the exchange of experience.
