NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

In May-June, the “Market Valuation of Real Estate” training course was held at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenian , intended for 7 specialists involved in the field of real estate valuation at the “Expert Forensic Center of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia” SNPO.

The aim of the Course was to deepen the professional abilities of specialists and to enrich their knowledge on modern methods of market evaluation. Participants acquired both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the valuation of land plots, apartments, private houses, and commercial premises.

NUACA attaches great importance to cooperation with sectoral structures and will continue to actively develop and hold high-quality training programs, contributing to the continuous development of specialists and the improvement of the field.
