NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The first Rectorate session of 2024 started with the awarding ceremony of NUACA employees. Back in 2023, the Urban Development Committee and the Yerevan Municipality awarded a number of University employees with various departmental medals, letters of appreciation and diplomas on the occasion of the Construction Worker’s and Architect’s Days. During the first session of the new year, Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan handed over the awards.

On the occasion of the Construction Worker’s Day by the decision of Mayor of Yerevan, Associate Professor at the Chair of Building Structures, PhD in Technical Sciences Lusine Karapetyan was awarded with a commemorative medal of the 2800^th anniversary of Erebuni Yerevan for her significant contribution in the field of construction and urban development.

By the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan, Dean of the Faculty of Design, PhD in Architecture, Professor Artashes Melikyan, lecturer at the Chair of Urban Planning, President of the University’s Trade Union Harutyun Ghasabyan and Head of the Laboratory of Chemistry and Binding Materials, PhD in Chemical Sciences Marine Kalantaryan were awarded with diplomas.

By the decision of the chairman of the Urban Development Committee, letters of appreciation were given to lecturer at the Chair of Building Structures Ira Balasanyan and lecturer at the Department of Mathematics, Construction Mechanics and Physics Tigran Khachiyan.

NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan awarded the Chief Specialist of the Department of Education Process Organization Sahak Levonyan with a letter of appreciation for his long-term conscientious work, dedication, significant contribution to the field of education and on the occasion of his 75^th birthday.
