As it is well-known on September 27 of this year, the enemy attacked the entire line of contact of the Artsakh – Azerbaijan armed forces, using artillery and other means of attack and targeting peaceful settlements. As a result, martial law was declared in Artsakh and the RA.

Under these circumstances, National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia will conduct the educational process in accordance with the established procedure, strictly following the rules of the pandemic, so that the state will not have to fight on two fronts against the enemy and pandemic.
