NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Architecture Week was held from October 23 to 27 with the cooperation of the Faculty of Architecture of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and Zetetic Architects Alliance. 15 architects in the field delivered speeches and presented their professional experience during the Architecture Week.

On the first day the event was held at NUACA, on the second and third days – at the Common Ground, on the fourth day – at Tumo, and on the fifth day – at the Chamber of Architects of Armenia.

The Project was launched at the University, as the students were the main target, and the week was summarized at the Chamber of Architects of Armenia. This has once again strengthened the connection between the University and specialists outside the University.

NUACA architect-lecturers delivered speeches on different topics: Vahagn Movsisyan on “The Cathedral of St. Mary and St. Anne,” Anna Hakobyan on “Animation Studio,” and Arbak Vardanyan on ““Defanse” Residential District.”

The Dean of NUACA Faculty of Architecture Armen Shatvoryan noted that this was a valuable opportunity for students and others to get acquainted with the works of architects in the field, listen to their ideas, and get to know the current requirements in order to start their future activities with the right target.
