The solemn awarding ceremony of diplomas to graduates of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia majoring in “Railway Construction, Track and Line Management” was held at the management office of the “South Caucasus Railway” CJSC. The event was attended by the university delegation headed by the Dean of the Faculty of Construction.
For 12 SCR employees-graduates, the event became an important stage in continuing their professional path in the railway transport field. Among the specialists who underwent retraining were road masters, engineers and track fitters from all divisions of the company.
The Director General of SCR Alexey Melnikov emphasized that continuous training and professional development of employees are among their priorities, as they have a direct impact on both labor safety and the overall efficiency of the railway’s operations.
The solemn awarding ceremony of diplomas marked the completion of studies and the start of new professional stages.
It should be added that the South Caucasus Railways CJSC has been closely cooperating with the University since 2021, ensuring both the training of new specialists and retraining of employees and opportunities for professional development.
