SIGNING OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON THE RECOGNITION OF CREDITS

Recently, the ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement between NUACA and two partner schools in the Tavush Marz – Berd High School Named After M. Saghumyan and Dilijan High School, on the recognition of credits provided by the education institution that implements general education programs by NUACA, took place in Yerevan Basic School N122.

The ceremony was attended by NUACA Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Robert Sukiasyan, the Chief of the Staff Hovsep Hoveyan, and the Chief Specialist of the Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department Ani Hakobyan. Greeting the attendees Mr. Sukiasyan noted: “For almost a year, the experts have carried out extensive work, discussed various questions and found answers, for which I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff of KZNAK and school headmasters, who diligently cooperated with us and answered our questions even during non-working days. As a result, we now have the agreement provisions. I am sure that the introduction of the system will have its positive impact on ensuring even greater involvement of students in the university system. Summarizing all this after three years, we will have one answer: the inclusion of regional graduates in the university system has expanded and continues to expand. I would also like to thank the schools that expressed their readiness to cooperate with the University, and I think that the mutual readiness and the presence of motivated students will bring us success.”

We would like to remind that according to the Order N39-N “On Establishing the Procedure for the Introduction and Operation of the Credit System of Secondary Education” of the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports dated October 27, 2022, the credit system is being tested as a system for organizing the educational process; measuring, recording and transmitting learning outcomes through credits in high schools of the Tavush Marz and in relevant departments (high schools) implementing general education programs of higher education institutions of Yerevan.
