NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Today in cooperation with “Rostelecom Armenia” company a seminar entitled “The Personnel Recruitment” at NUACA.  The training was organized by NUACA’s Career Center and the Student Council.

After graduating from an higher education institution each graduate is challenged with finding a job. How to apply to the employer, what kind of behavior to exercise during the interview and, ultimately, how to convince the employer that you could become the best employee? These and many other questions are covered within the course, which was conducted by Ani Grigorian head of “Rostelecom” HR Management Department for our students and alumni.

Bringing the details and nuances, she also heard the students’ questions, insights and as a result there was a healthy discussion. The course was successful and students bid farewell the speaker with hope that the recommendations they received will contribute to finding a decent job.
