Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA-171 international mobility programme, NUACA recently hosted a lecturer at the Institute of Geodesy and Urban Planning of the partner University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland, Associate Professor Piotr Kosinski,
Mr. Kosinski met with representatives of the administrative and academic staff of the University, presenting details related to the activities and academic programme of the University of Warmia and Mazury.
NUACA Vice-Rector for International Relations of the University Vardges Yedoyan, welcomed the guest, attached importance to the existing cooperation with the partner Institution, while expressing readiness to expand academic ties in the formats of student, academic staff, research and scientific and practical projects. A tour in Engineering Geodesy laboratories of the University was organized.
During the visit, Piotr Kosinski also delivered lectures on the topics of “Building/Construction Physics: Thermal Insulation and Hydrothermal Diagnostics”, “Building/Construction Energy Certification, Energy Audit of Structures” for the target audience of undergraduate and graduate programmes of the Faculties of Architecture, Construction, Urban Economy and Ecology.
We would like to add that within the framework of the cooperation, a fourth-year undergraduate student of NUACA Engineering Geodesy is studying for one semester at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn under the exchange program.
