For the 7th year the “Excellence Award after Venera Margaryan” has been held for the students with the highest grade point average in the geodesy subjects at NUACA Chair of Engineering Geodesy.
Venera Margaryan was the Head of the Chair of Engineering Geodesy from 2012 to 2015, was an esteemed professor, and it is due to her dedicated work that the Chair produces such graduates who find their place in the labour market without any difficulty.
The award ceremony took place at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. The event was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Urban Economy and Ecology Valerik Harutyunyan. Head of the Science Department Sargis Tovmasyan, Venera Margaryan’s family members, Head of the Chair of Engineering Geodesy Anush Margaryan, lecturers of the Chair and fellow students of the winning student.
At the end of the Event, Venera Margaryan’s relatives, Dr. Anahit Armenakyan and Nvard Margaryan, handed the award to Onik Karapetyan’s father, as Onik is currently continuing his studies abroad.
The event concluded with warm memories of Venera Margaryan from lecturers, Deans, and attendees.
