National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the Noyemberyan High School signed an agreement in accordance with the Order N39-N “On Establishing the Procedure for the Introduction and Operation of the Credit System in the Third Level of Secondary Education” of the RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports dated October 27, 2022.
According to the Agreement, the parties reach an agreement on the credits transfer between institutions implementing third-level secondary education and higher academic programmes, defining the details of the credits recognition and transfer, as well as other necessary regulations regarding the recognition by mutual agreement of the parties.
NUACA Acting Rector Manuk Barseghyan welcomed the attendees and noted: “Congratulations on the signing of the Agreement. This is an important step towards the development of effective cooperation in the educational system, which will ensure the connection and continuity between secondary and higher education, contributing to the training of qualified specialists. I would like to note that the University, on its own initiative, can carry out professional training for teachers of “Mathematics”, “Physics”, “Sketch Drawing” and “Drawing”, which is also very important.
The Headmaster of Noyemberyan High School noted: “I am very happy to say that this Agreement will open up new opportunities for our students to more easily integrate into the higher education system and successfully continue their educational path. The Cooperation provides an important basis between our educational institutions.”
Thus, the signing of the Agreement strengthens the cooperation between secondary and higher educational institutions, which will contribute to the interconnection and modernization of academic programmes. This Cooperation will create new opportunities for improvement of the quality of education, implementation of common goals and training of future specialists.
