National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia has launched the “Sales League” training programme for educational institutions, implemented by ArpiSolar. The opening event of the programme was held at the University.
The aim of the training programme is to provide participants with not only theoretical knowledge in sales but also practical experience, giving them the opportunity to work with real customers and apply the skills they acquire in a real-world environment.
Within the framework of the programme, sales teams are formed at each participating educational institution and mentors are attached to them. Participants undergo two days of initial training, after which they join the Sales League activities, applying the knowledge and skills they have gained in sales and negotiation.
During the one-month programme, participants will have the opportunity to gain real-world work experience, develop their sales, negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as gain experience working with CRM systems and acquire knowledge about the solar energy field. The programme also includes sales-based bonuses and prizes.
An award ceremony will be held at the end of the programme, during which the results will be summarized and the best participants and teams will be awarded.
One of the programme’s features is the opportunity for top participants to subsequently secure employment at “Arpisolar” and partner companies.
The “Sales League” training programme involves initiative, active participants who are eager to communicate with others, and the programme is conducted according to a flexible schedule tailored to the participants’ needs.
