NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The “Lecturer’s Cup-2026” interuniversity sports games have been concluded, within the framework of which Hrant Hovsepyan recorded a brilliant victory, taking first place in the chess championship.

About 200 lecturers and employees from 15 universities of Armenia participated in the sports event held on February 2-6, competing in six sports: shooting, table tennis, chess, tug-of-war, badminton and basketball-throwing. The competitions were distinguished by healthy competition and high organization.

In the chess tournament, Hrant Hovsepyan demonstrated high skill, calculated play, stable results and registered a victory.

His victory honorably represented National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, emphasizing not only the scientific and educational, but also the sports potential of the University’s academic staff.
