NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Today the Mayor of Yerevan and the Chairman of the NUACA Board of Trustees Mr. Taron Margaryan was at the University with the purpose of getting acquainted with the works implemented during 2016 and participate in the last meeting of the year.

During the meeting Mr. Margaryan was toured around the University by its Rector Gagik Galstyan, got acquainted with newly-established laboratories, workshops and activities implemented there. Introducing the Mayor with the works done during the last year Mr. Galstyan emphasized the fact that the laboratories and workshops equipped with up-to-date devices are serious contributions for enhancing education quality and promoting students’ professional progression.

After the tour NUACA newly refurbished hall of sessions hosted the trustees for the last meeting of the year chaired by the Mayor Margaryan. Reports on 2016 activities and the budget of 2017 were presented during the session; which were approved and confirmed by the Council. Summing up the meeting, the Mayor, encouraging all the reforms implemented during the current year, thanked the personnel of the University for their large-scale job.

At the threshold of holidays the Mayor also congratulated the entire personnel of the University with good tidings for the New Year and Christmas and wished newer success and achievements in the coming year.
