NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Today a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and “Shtigen” Company, which was attended by Director of “Shtigen” Company Hayk Shekyan, Rector of NUACA Gagik Galstyan, Vice-rector Marine Ghazaryan, Dean of Urban Economy and Ecology Faculty Valerik Harutyunyan and Head of Ventilation, Gas and Heat Supply Department Anna Karamyan.

Prior to the signing of the memorandum, Rector Galstyan stressed the importance of such partnership not only for the professional growth of students, but also for finding decent work and facilitating business contacts in the future. Director of the company Hayk Shekyan also confirmed that the memorandum will be promising and continuous, assuring that more interesting and targeted programs are still ahead.

The memorandum is signed, and it is intended to organize joint authoring courses, practical trainings, open-door days, visits to solar stations, as well as other events promoting student growth. One of the most important points of the memorandum is to provide the university with periodic information about the company’s vacancies and the close collaboration between “Shtigen” and NUACA Career Center, which is, of course, a great opportunity for students to find work.

In order to implement the Memorandum effectively, the parties will form a joint working group that will develop a timetable of activities and tools for its implementation.
