NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA AND “HAYPOST” SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Rector of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and Hayk Karapetyan, Chief Executive Officer of “HayPost” CJSC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The new cooperation will serve as an effective platform for carrying out joint programs, will contribute to the improvement of the quality of education for students, as well as to the enhancement of practical experience.

Hayk Karapetyan, CEO of “HayPost” stated: “We are grateful to National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia for the cooperation. Many of the University graduates already work in our Company, and students will be given the opportunity to gain practical knowledge with the help of our professional staff and actively participate in the architectural, design and, of course, construction activities of the departments under rebranding. The top achievers will have the opportunity to start their careers in our fast-growing company.” 

Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Rector of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, welcoming the participants, stated: “Quality education is one of the most important guidelines for the development, and, in this context, I attach great importance to the ratification of cooperation with “HayPost”. A strong employer-student relationship is accomplished through such co-operations, and the University, investing all its opportunities, prepares specialists, capable of being integrated into the labor market without any obstacles, and I am glad that our graduates pursue their career at “HayPost”. From now on our students will be given the opportunity to take their professional internship in your organization as well. Not only will it largely contribute to the organization of students’ internships within the scope of academic and educational-scientific programmes, but will also provide a platform for a wide range of creative opportunities for both our University and “HayPost” staff. I am sure that the organization of professional discussions, seminars, and open classes on different platforms, envisaged by the Memorandum, will bring forward new and interesting proposals in the field of science and technology. Lydia Ghazaryan, Human Resources Director at “HayPost” emphasized: “Due to this cooperation with National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, “HayPost” will provide the students with quality jobs in its warm and professional environment. “Hay Post”, being one of the largest companies in Armenia, is constantly in need of young employees, willing to take the initiatives.”

The Memorandum also envisaged the organization of open classes, seminars and professional discussions at “HayPost” company.

At the end of the meeting, Hayk Karapetyan and Yeghiazar Vardanyan discussed the issues related to architecture, construction, design and logistics, as well as the most effective formats of introducing them in “HayPost” with NUACA academic staff and students.
