GRADUATES RECEIVED DIPLOMAS

The “100-year-old forge of architects and builders” awarded diplomas to all its graduates in the “Masterpiece of Architecture and Construction- Garni” for the first time.

At the beginning of the event, those present observed a minute of silence in the memory of the students who died in the 44-day war. NUACA Rector announced them name by name.

“The graduates of this University are demanded in the fields of construction and economy of our country. I hope that your vision will be invested in the development of our homeland, our state. My congratulations to you, dear graduates – future architects and builders. Forward to victories, new horizons and bright future,” Chairman of the RA Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan noted in his speech.

For the 2020-2021 academic year graduates of the Faculties of Architecture, Construction, Urban Economy and Ecology, Management and Technology it is a jubilee year- in October it is the 100th anniversary of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. For a century, graduates have been building and immortalizing the history of Armenia through stone, concrete and accurate calculations, as well as developing the scientific and technical capabilities of the aforementioned fields.

The event was attended by high-ranking officials, prominent architects and builders.

“Dear graduates, I warmly congratulate you on graduating from the University. I am hopeful that each of you will enhance and implement the knowledge received at the University, become a highly qualified specialist and contribute to the development of our country. I wish you continuous professional success and new platforms to realize your potential and your dreams,” said ESCS Deputy Minister Karen Trchounian in his speech.

The Temple of Garni was completely filled with the joy of the youth, music, congratulations and bright hopes for the future.

Warmly congratulating the graduates and their parents, NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan thanked the guests for attending the event and told the graduates to never stop studying. At the

same time, he assured: “The University is always ready to listen to and discuss your further interesting ideas and programs. This is your home, and its doors are always open for you. I especially want to emphasize the contribution of our academic staff, it is due to their efforts that our graduates find their place in the international arena.”
