NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The session of the Board of Trustees of the “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation has just ended, which included 7 agenda and current issues. In the established order, a senior member of the Board of Trustees opened the session.

The main point of the agenda was the election of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the “National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia” Foundation.

It was announced that Vlad Asatryan, the general director of “Kamurjshin” CJSC, was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia Foundation with a majority of the votes.

As to other issues on the agenda, during the session, the Rector of the University Gagik Galstyan presented the annual report, as well as the 2019 draft budget.

Marina Ghazaryan, Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs, made a report on the unreliable recognition and deductions of accounts receivable for university and other services, exceeded 10 million, as well as about the selection of the University Financial Officer Audit Firm.

Scientific Secretary Levon Levonyan presented a report on the approval of the university staff list.
