NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Ministry of Culture of France, having studied and examined the academic and scientific activities and reforms implemented by National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia in recent years, re-recognized the diploma of the Faculty of Architecture of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA) as equivalent to the French state diploma. It is valid from 2023 to 2027 included.

The state diploma of the architect allows the graduate, holding the diploma, to be employed in France, as well as to be enrolled in professional courses for obtaining a “license for the implementation of own projects with the state diploma of an architect.” This state-issued license allows the holder of the title to be in the regional register of architectural associations to carry out the professional activity of an architect. In order to obtain it, courses can be taken at any of the National Higher Schools of Architecture in France, at École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris and at INSA, Strasbourg. In other words, architects are eligible to continue their professional activities in France with full rights equal to those of their colleagues.

We would like to remind, that since 1994, the diploma of the architect of NUACA Faculty of Architecture has been officially recognized by the French Government and undergoes the procedure of re-recognition every 5 years in the established order.
